Optimization

When a design is submitted by a customer, our engineers first evaluate the design in terms of design, components, performance, and cost. If necessary, they optimize the design to enable cost-effective production.

Making the product replicable

Before entering the production phase, several aspects of the product are evaluated and reviewed.
Availability and up-to-dateness of parts: Product parts must be up-to-date and available in the long term.
Board assembly: The layout of parts and input/output ports must be such that automatic and manual assembly of parts is possible, and the connection point of the boards to the body must not interfere with electronic components.
Board repairability: The layout of parts must be such that it is possible to replace some important parts if needed.
Testability and programmability: Test points must be designed in such a way that they can be used in jig testers and programmers for automatic testing and programming.

Industrial design and mold making

In cases where the customer requires a body for the product, first the body form is created with the help of industrial design specialists and is taken from the selected 3D printing design. After approving the design and its compatibility with the product, we enter the process of designing and developing industrial molds with the help of an experienced contractor in this field.
