Creating a product based on knowledge and skills
Technical feasibility
To perform technical feasibility, our engineers evaluate the feasibility of the design by looking at existing technologies, available components in the market, price ranges of components, similar products, technical product documentation, user manuals, and other information that introduces the limits of a product's performance, and evaluate the technical feasibility of developing the product.
Extracting product technical specifications
After a positive technical evaluation of the design implementation, the product's technical specifications are extracted for implementation. Achieving the technical specification involves a variety of activities, including extracting customer requirements, reviewing similar products, purchasing similar products and checking their functionality, reverse engineering, in-depth and detailed study of user instructions, and finally, confirming the technical specification from the customer's perspective.
Reverse engineering
In cases where the customer needs to equate their product with a foreign sample, we enter the reverse engineering process. In this phase, the customer-approved product sample is received and various processes in the field of similarity are included, such as extracting schematic drawings, extracting product dimensions, redesigning the product, and replacing parts if necessary.
Prototype creation
The product prototype is developed based on the technical specifications. The important point in the prototype is that the product's performance matches the defined requirements. The prototype must meet the required performance, the form and shape of the product must be in accordance with the customer's wishes. With the help of Darabon's expert team, the prototype development is done as quickly as possible.
Conduct product testing
A set of tests is designed for the product according to the product and customer needs. These tests can include long-term performance tests (pilot), standard product compliance tests, environmental tests, and stress tests.
